- Main Event Space: Accommodates 150-170 guests. Includes tables, chairs, Chiavari chairs, stage/platforms, cocktail tables, and luxury table settings.

- Ceremony and Reception Spaces: Customizable with decor setup, custom floor plans, pipe and draper, balloon decor, and centerpieces.

OVERTIME

CLEANING / DAMAGES —

MISCELLANEOUS

Smoking is prohibited indoors. Use of glitter and confetti is not allowed.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date may receive a credit toward a future booking, subject to venue availability and management approval.

- Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are non-refundable.

- Rescheduled events must occur within 12 months of the original date. Additional rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees.

- Payments made toward third-party vendors or specialty add-ons already ordered, reserved, or customized are non-refundable.

- The Starlight Pavilion is not held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or acts of God.

- Failure to utilize the venue on the contracted event date without prior written notice will be treated as a cancellation, and all monies paid will be forfeited.

- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

The venue is equipped with security cameras for safety. Regular cleaning and sanitation measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
